Commitment is important for every individuals in the team. In term of communication, be open to feedback given by others. do not take it serious, it's something that we can improve on. It is the most effective way in team communication.
Yup, clear view of the objective is crucial, important to all to see the same vission and it will help to the team to performace better. It only can happen when we communicate and respect each person as team player.
Like the John Mayer song, "Say What You Need To Say". Make it honest because in a TEAM mindset, we move as one and nobody gets left behind. Everyone gives their best. Nothing is personal.
